How to Read a CBD Lab Report
CBD content, THC threshold, pesticides, heavy metals: we decode, line by line, the certificate that comes with every batch.

At Maison Résine, every batch ships with its lab report. But you still need to know how to read it. Here are the essential markers to check the quality and compliance of a resin in just a few seconds.
The cannabinoid profile
The first section details the cannabinoid content: CBD, but also CBG, CBN and CBC. The total CBD content is the reference value. A good report distinguishes the acid form (CBDA) from the active form (CBD) and states the weighted total.
The THC threshold
In France, a product must show a δ-9 THC content of 0.3% or lower. The report must mention the testing method (HPLC or GC chromatography) and an actual figure, not simply a "compliant" label.
Contaminants
A serious analysis screens for pesticides, heavy metals (lead, cadmium, mercury, arsenic) and residual solvents. Each line should read "not detected" or below the regulatory limit.
Traceability
Finally, a batch number, a testing date and the name of the accredited laboratory make it possible to link the report to the product you are holding. Without this traceability, a certificate is worthless.
