From Flower to CBD Resin: Our Process
Cold extraction, triple filtration, cellar curing: the path that turns raw material into precision resin.

A resin is never better than the raw material it comes from, nor than the care taken in transforming it. Here are the stages we master from start to finish, in our French laboratory.
Selection
It all begins with sorting the raw material: variety, maturity, trichome density. Only a fraction passes the incoming inspection.
Cold extraction
We favour cold mechanical separation, which preserves the fragile terpenes, over aggressive solvent extraction. The result: an intact aromatic profile.
Filtration
The material goes through a triple filtration (decreasing micron sizes) that isolates the purest resin and removes plant debris.
Curing
Some resins then rest for up to 90 days in a climate-controlled room. The bitterness fades, the texture rounds out, the aromas settle. Time is what makes the difference.
