What is Ice-o-lator CBD?

Ice-o-lator CBD is a hash obtained by ice-water filtration. The plant material is agitated in water mixed with ice: the cold stiffens the trichomes, which detach and are then collected through a series of sieves. This solvent-free method yields a clean resin with a fine grain and a preserved aromatic profile. Also spelled iceolator or ice o'lator, this CBD hash stands out for its purity and its concentration. The Ice-o-lator embodies the tradition of ice-water-filtered hash. At Maison Résine, this CBD resin is obtained by agitating the flowers in a bath of water and ice: the cold makes the trichomes brittle, they detach and are then collected through a succession of increasingly fine sieves. No heat, no chemical solvent — only water, ice and time. The result stands at a CBD content of 40%, with THC compliant with French regulations.

This method, known as full melt in the finest grades, preserves the aromatic integrity of the plant. The resin comes as a sandy to light-brown block, supple under finger pressure, revealing a dense, oily material when broken.

Aromatic profile & texture

On the nose, the Ice-o-lator unfolds a fresh, vegetal signature, characteristic of water extractions that capture the most volatile terpenes. The slightly greasy texture warms easily between the fingers.
